Payment

When we receive your final order form we will send out an invoice for 50% of the final bill,this is a deposit which we will retain if you cancel your order after work has begun.We begin the painting only when payment has been cleared.After completion of the painting we will send you via email or post, a picture of the finished piece. If you like the result we will send you your final invoice of the remainder of the price(50%) and will despatch only when the payment has cleared.

If you decide to pay by credit card or debit card the holder is subject to checks of validation and authorisation. If your card issuer dos not allow the transaction then we can not either and the order is terminated.If you decide to use a cheque and we encounter a problem with payment e.g. cheque' bouncing' we will also terminate the order.

You must be 18 years of age and posses a valid credit card or debit card and provide us with your real name, phone number, email address and postal address to order any item on this site(Fat square portraits.com).

Delivery

We deliver free to uk residence but to non uk residence we will make clear the cost at the point of ordering.

You may be required to sign for your painting when it is delivered or it may be redirected to your nearest depot in which case the address will be made known to you for pick up.

We can not be held responsible for any late, lost or unforeseen events created by the late delivery of goods.

Returns

Due to the nature of our product we cannot unfortunately offer you a refund if you cancel your order after we receive your deposit and have started work on your painting.This is because every portrait is unique to you and the option to sell the painting to another party is not viable. We can not receive goods without prior arrangement being made. Goods are deemed accepted after 3 days of delivery and can not be returned if damaged after this time.

We accept no responsibility for the content of images sent by you to us .It is your responsibility to ensure copyright permission has been granted.

The right is ours to use any images sent by you to us and the final painted image on any advertisement and webb site.Please contact us if you do not want us to use your images and we will happily remove them.

Any items sent by you to us are not our reasonability if they are damaged, lost or stolen .Please send copies to avoid any problems.

Images

If you are sending in pictures via email or cd rom please ensure it is in jpeg format or other wise contact us for info on what else is acceptable.

Copies of photos need to be as clear as possible and as good quality as you can because it does reflect on the final painted image.

Due to the hand made nature of the product, sizes, colours and materials may change from what is published in this site.We reserve the right to make changes to the site and its content at any time.

Colour

We hope to reproduce all colours to your satisfaction and have put all our efforts into pinpointing a colour or colours you would like but we hold no responsibility for slight changes or differences.

Fat Square Portraits is owned by Stuart Curran and any images or names included in the site of other documentation is under copyright law.

Unauthorized use of content is not permitted.

All terms made in this document are made under english law and any disputes will be under English jurisdiction.
